If you need to request student school records during the summer from June 2nd to July 30th, please contact the Summer Records Office.

 

Requests received July 3rd – 7th will be delayed due to Summer Database Maintenance

 

THE SUMMER OFFICE CAN PROVIDE:

• IMMUNIZATION RECORD
• INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING STAAR SCORES
• 2024‐25 REPORT CARD (please use HAC (home access center) on the parent portal, if possible)

THE PARENT ON FILE MUST REQUEST THESE ITEMS THROUGH EMAIL TO recordsdept@cfisd.net

• Attach parent Driver License or Govt ID to your email, and include the Student ID number, name & birthdate.

 

THE SUMMER OFFICE CANNOT PROVIDE:

• Birth Certificate, SS Card, Report cards from previous years,
• Special records such as GT/ESL/504, Discipline records, etc.
• WE CANNOT WITHDRAW STUDENTS OR MAKE RECORD CHANGES
• No In‐Person requests are accepted.
